Another wonderful step into the world of Stark International & all the characters that make up the extended family around Damien & Nikki. This novella is a new installment in Jackson & Sylvia Steele's story. They are finally living the life they both dreamed about with each, their new son & Jackson's daughter from a prior relationship. To Sylvia, life is perfect & absolutely everything she could have hope or imagined for herself. But when her father is set to be released from prison, Sylvia is thrown into an emotional state that has her confused & not sure how to feel toward her dad. It brings back to light all the photographs of her while she was younger that could still surface & expose what was done to her. Jackson does his best to reassure her that they are in this together & will fight the battle side by side. When the photos threaten to come out, Sylvia has to find the strength to face this battle head on.

I love the Stark World & enjoyed reading another chapter in the wonderful Stark saga. This book is an easy read, fun, sexy, full of struggle & triumph, and is hot has hell. This book is meant for mature readers.

I await the rest of these novellas to come in print as these characters are well written and draw the reader in....you don't HAVE to have read the rest of the series but you might want to order from the beginning ....worth it
Another great story for Syliva and Jackson. Love the excitement of the game and love and redeeming of this story. And the ability to let go of the things that hurt us for the things that build us up......Thanks Julie.
I just love this whole series, and all the characters in these books. And I was glad to read about them again. I've been reading about some of them for a while now so it's great to see their HEA continue, even with some drama thrown in.
So disappointing. The description was more interesting than the book. Promises cake, delivers pop tarts. Wish I could return it but that's not how I am. Buyer's remorse is my problem not the author's. -(
I loved getting a little more of Jackson and Sylvia's life. I appreciated how Julie wrote this book with lots of reminders from their trilogy. It's almost to where you could read this novella with out the trilogy but if you did that you would definitely be missing out. So start at the beginning! But this is a wonderful additional to their lives!
Take my Dare is a short SIN continuation of Jackson and Sylvia's story, and I've got to tell you, this is one hot, steamy short story! Honestly, I don't know this author out does herself each and every time with her books. You just can't put them down, you are so engrossed in the storyline that you get lost in the reading until you look up and it's later than you realize. I loved this SIN book. It had everything, suspense, mystery, heart warming scenes, and some damn good hot steamy scenes that you have come to expect out of this very adventurous couple. Would give the story a 10 if I could, its that good! Can't wait for JKenners next book!

Now more than ever Sylvia is determined to face the world and anyone else who wants to blackmail her or her family. One of my favorite scenes are the masquerade party as Jackson will find his lady as he lives breathes and owns Sylvia Brooks Steele forever. The beauty of this novel is all because of the love for each other and Julie Kenner delivers how no matter what comes in the way of happiness as long as you have the will you will always have the courage. Julie Kenner kicks this story to another hemisphere. A++
